本研究报道一种用于快速高灵敏检测嗜肺军团菌1血清型（L. pneumophila SG1）的电化学适配体传感器。采用基于活菌的细胞系统进化指数富集（cell-SELEX）策略，经10轮筛选并多次对近缘军团菌亚种进行反向选择，获得特异性识别L. pneumophila SG1的高亲和DNA适配体。最高亲和序列的解离常数Kd为14.2 ...
