本文采用密度泛函理论（DFT）研究 DNA/RNA 碱基对（G-C、A-T、A-U）在缺陷石墨烯（双空位 DV 和 Stone-Wales SW）以及硼、硅缺陷掺杂石墨烯（B-DV、Si-DV、B-SW、Si-SW）片层上的吸附行为。计算表明，Si-SW 片层上碱基对的稳定性最高，分别为 G-C −80.59 kcal/mol、A-...
